Our Team

Shuntel and Scott have been landlords for over 20 years now. In 2020, they decided to expand their portfolio by investing in real estate to flip and resale abandoned and foreclosed homes. Shuntel wanted to focus on low income areas not only improve the real estate market but promote home ownership for first time buyers. The husband and wife duo team realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. Scott is known for his handy man skills and takes the lead as the project manager for most projects by working directly with contractors and initializing the demo work. Shuntel works directly with the clients and realtors to ensure that their customers get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.  Their network includes several local realtors and contractors. Most of their properties are located in Allen and Marion county of Indiana. They are currently seeking another husband and wife duo team who wants to invest in real estate while changing lives!
